Lakers stars Lance Stephenson and Michael Beasley, who are known for their fiery personalities on the court, were ejected from the team's final preseason game Friday against the Warriors.

Beasley was the first to go, getting tossed in the third quarter after pushing the ball into Draymond Green's chest. Coach Luke Walton revealed after the game Beasley was asked by the refs not to go toward Green, but Beasley did it anyway.

“Looking back on it, it looked, I looked pretty aggressive," Beasley said, per the Los Angeles Times. “Draymond is one of my really good friends.”

Stephenson was ejected in the fourth quarter for throwing a punch, according to Walton. The play in question came after Stephenson was fouled by Quinn Cook. Stephenson threw his fist toward the back of Cook's head and was kicked out of the game, even though he missed Cook's head.

“Just a hard foul, trying to get him off me,’’ Stephenson told reporters after the game (via USA Today). “But, I mean, it’s all fun and games. Playing hard and playing aggressive. … It’s not a big deal.’’

The Lakers went on to win the game 119-105, finishing the preseason 3-3. Los Angeles will open the regular season on the road Thursday against the Trail Blazers.
