Is Kyrie Irving planning to leave the Celtics this summer? Vegas seems to think so.

The Nets are the betting favorite, at +250, to land the star guard, according to Caesars, via Bleacher Report. The Knicks and Boston follow at +300 and +350, respectively, while the Lakers (+750) and Clippers (+1000) round out the top five.

The 27-year-old averaged 23.8 points and 6.9 assists for Boston this season. Irving, however, has struggled during the team’s second-round series against the Bucks, as he’s shooting 37% from the field and just 24% from 3-point range.

The Celtics will enter Game 5 on Wednesday trailing Milwaukee 3-1 in the series.

"I'm a basketball player,” Irving told reporters after Boston’s Game 4 loss (via ESPN). “Prepare the right way. Like I said, it's a little different when your rhythm is challenged every play down. You're being picked up full court.

"They're doing things to test you. The expectations on me are going to be sky-high. I try to utilize their aggression against them and still put my teammates in great position while still being aggressive. I'm trying to do it all.”

Irving was traded from the Cavaliers to the Celtics in August 2017. He said at an event for Boston season-ticket holders in early October he was planning to re-sign with the team, but he has since seemed to backtrack on those comments.

Irving, Kawhi Leonard, and Kevin Durant are all expected to headline a loaded free-agent class this offseason. Irving and Durant have both been linked to the Knicks at numerous points in 2018-19. Durant and Leonard are also expected to consider Brooklyn, as well, according to an earlier report from SNY.
