Knicks star power forward Kristaps Porzingis has been ruled out Wednesday against the Magic due to a sprained left ankle and a contused right elbow, the team announced.

Porzingis, averaging 30.0 points and 7.5 rebounds per game this season, has led the Knicks to six wins in their last seven games.

Many thought the Knicks would struggle this season after trading Carmelo Anthony to the Thunder, but Porzingis has thrived as the face of the franchise.

Tuesday night, Porzingis set a Knicks franchise record of 300 points through the team's first 10 games, surpassing Bernard King and Patrick Ewing.
