Heat guard Goran Dragic almost single-handedly put Slovenia in the lead Sunday and it held on to beat Serbia, 93-85, earning Dragic MVP honors in the EuroBasket2017 final in Istanbul.

In his final international game, Dragic, 31, scored 35 points in the first three quarters but was forced from the game with the cramps in the fourth and had to watch his team hang on for its first EuroBasket title.

"You want to play well in the Final. My teammates, all the coaches, they put me in the right positions," Dragic said (via FIBA.com). "It's a team sport and I'm really proud of my teammates. It's an unbelievable feeling."

Back-to-back baskets by Slovenia, one by former Knick Anthony Randolph, broke a tie with two minutes left, and Slovenia held on from there to cap an unbeaten tournament, the first team to accomplish that feat since Lithuania in 2003.
