It appears like Andre Iguodala will get his wish and part with Memphis at some point in 2019-20.

The Grizzlies will pursue a trade for the 35-year-old wing, according to the Daily Memphian.

Memphis originally wanted Iguodala to report to training camp next week, but the two parties have now come to an agreement that won't require him to do so. Instead, Iguodala will work out at a separate location while the Grizzlies test the trade market.

“We’ll see,” Iguodala told NBC Sports on Monday. “OK, maybe I shouldn’t say we’ll see. But we’re trying to figure out things on both sides. They’re trying to figure out some things, and I’m trying to figure out some things. As of today, we’re on the same page. Camp opens the next week. We’ll see. We’re on the same page, though.”

Iguodala averaged just 5.7 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.2 assists for Golden State last season, but the versatile defender has reportedly drawn interest from multiple teams — including the Lakers, Rockets, Mavericks, Clippers and Nuggets.

The three-time NBA champion and 2015 Finals MVP has also hinted that retirement could be around the corner.

"I have a good idea how much longer I want to play," Iguodala said last season. "I'm keeping it to myself, but it's going to be soon. I can play four or five more years. But I won't."

Memphis was reportedly seeking a future first-round pick in exchange for Iguodala.

Iguodala has one year remaining on his current contract.
