Cincinnati’s Jacob Evans will remain in the NBA Draft, according to a report from Yahoo Sports. Evans had one year of collegiate eligibility remaining.

The 6-6 guard declared for the draft without hiring an agent in early April. He's one of the 69 prospects expected to attend the NBA Combine from May 17-18 in Chicago.

Evans told Yahoo Sports that NBA teams believe he’ll be a top-25 pick.

“The NBA is a lifelong dream and I am making every day count to make the most of it,” Evans said (via Yahoo). “I’m excited about the feedback that I have received in this process so far. I can’t wait to lace up my kicks in Chicago and show all of the teams what I can do.”

Evans averaged 13 points per game and shot 37 percent from 3-point range for the Bearcats in 2017-18. They finished the season 31-5 but were upset in the second round of the NCAA Tournament by Nevada.
