Tyronn Lue is ready to get back to business.

The Cavaliers coach will return to the sideline and resume coaching Thursday when Cleveland hosts the Wizards, Cleveland.com first reported Wednesday.

Lue, 40, has been away from the team since March 19 after experiencing concerning health issues that include lingering chest pains and sleep deprivation.

Assistant coach Larry Drew has led the Cavs in Lue's absence, during which the team has gone 8-1. Cleveland has four regular-season games remaining before the playoffs.

The Cavs (48-30) enter Thursday's game in third place in the Eastern Conference, only a half-game ahead of the 76ers and 5.5 games back of the second-place Celtics.
