George Hill will not take the court for game five of the Cleveland Cavaliers' first-round Eastern Conference playoff series against the Indiana Pacers, the team announced on Wednesday.

Cleveland point guard Hill is still dealing with the back spasms that caused him to miss game four, which the Cavs won 104-100 to level the NBA series 2-2.

For the second game in a row, Jose Calderon will start at point guard.

In game four, Calderon scored five points with two rebounds and two assists in 19 minutes.

In the first three games of the series, Hill averaged 8.7 points and 1.7 assists.

The Cavaliers welcome the Pacers to Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland midweek.
