Cavaliers forward LeBron James is going to play in Cleveland's season-opener against the Celtics.

Head coach Tyronn Lue announced prior to Tuesday's game that the team's best player would be in the starting lineup, according to the Cleveland Plain Dealer.

James sprained his ankle Sept. 27 and was held to one preseason game because of the injury.

He was listed as questionable prior to the start of the game.
