The injury-riddled Cavaliers have been dealt yet another blow.

Cleveland point guard Iman Shumpert is expected to be sidelined one week with a sore left knee, the Associated Press reported.

Shumpert started in the Cavs' overtime win against the Clippers on Friday, but exited with the injury in the second quarter and did not return. The team later announced on Saturday that Shumpert will be out 5-7 days to undergo treatment and rehabilitation for a left knee effusion.

The Cavs are already without Derrick Rose and Isaiah Thomas, and Shumpert had been averaging just 5.2 points and 3.3 rebounds per game while filling in during their absence.

Nonetheless, Cleveland (9-7) is on a four-game winning streak as it prepares to visit Detroit (10-5) at 7 p.m. ET Monday.
