Just a week after Nikola Mirotic reportedly gave the Bulls a "me or him" ultimatum in regards to teammate Bobby Portis, it appears the Bulls locker room has taken a side.

According to a report from the Chicago Sun-Times, at least two Bulls players have indicated the ultimatum from Mirotic is carrying zero weight. The Sun-Times wrote, "If anything, it has further entrenched Portis with his teammates with one telling the Sun-Times, 'This is Niko’s problem now.’"

The tension between the two teammates began after there was a "serious altercation" at practice on Oct. 17 when Portis allegedly punched Mirotic in the face, which sent Mirotic to the hospital with two broken bones and a concussion. The altercation happened just days after Mirotic was named the starter over Portis.

After an eight-game suspension, Portis returned Tuesday in the Bulls' 119-114 loss to the Raptors. Before the game, Portis made his first public comments since the fight. He did say he tried texting and calling Mirotic, but he did not hear back from him.

"No, I haven't talked to Niko," Portis told reporters, per ESPN.com. "Only thing I can control is myself at this point. I'm not worried about who goes, who stays. Only thing I'm worried about is coming in trying to play at the highest level possible. I'm living my dream right now. This is my dream. I've always wanted to play in the NBA. I'm here, and that's all I want to do at this point."
