Bucks rookie guard Sterling Brown was arrested Friday morning and charged with a tentative misdemeanor of resisting or obstructing an officer, according to multiple reports.  Officers tased Brown during the arrest.

The incident occurred at 2 a.m. in a Walgreens parking lot where police said they found a vehicle parked across two handicapped parking spots. Police approached the 22-year-old, but details have not been released surrounding what caused officers to use force.

Police Sgt. Timothy Gauerke said the department is investigating the matter further.

Team spokesman Barry Baum said, according to ESPN, the Bucks were aware of the matter and they "completely support Sterling and are confident that this will be resolved quickly."

The rookie is averaging 3.5 points per game and 1.8 rebounds this season.
