You know that Falcons wide receiver Julio Jones is one of the NFL's best, an All-Pro with eye-popping numbers, but did you know he's also a principal investor in a $200 million real estate development outside Atlanta?

It's that combination of athletic ability and entrepreneurial acumen that landed Jones, 28, on Forbes' "30 Under 30 Sports."

According to Forbes, Jones' project, named Ariston, will include over 160,000 square feet of retail space, more than 500 apartments and a 21-story hotel and condominium.

"This is just the first of many," he tells Forbes. "I have a lot of things in the works."

Jones is part of a diverse list of young athletes that includes the highest-paid NFL player (Matthew Stafford, 29), a three-time AL batting champ and recent World Series winner (Jose Altuve, 27) and a highly paid NBA star who — entrepreneur alert! — trademarked his unibrow (Anthony Davis, 24).
