Pengarah Teknikal, Persatuan Badminton Malaysia (BAM), Morten Frost, enggan mengulas lanjut tentang perang dinginnya dengan pemain nombor satu negara, Datuk Lee Chong Wei.
Ia mempunyai kaitan dengan laporan yang mengatakan Frost mahu Chong Wei bersara selepas mendapat kecederaan lutut kiri ketika berlatih di gelanggang Akademi Badminton Malaysia, beberapa hari lalu.
Semalam, Chong Wei sempat melahirkan kekecewaan kerana mendakwa Frost antara individu yang gagal memberi maklum balas kepada aduan yang dibuat pemain mengenai keadaan gelanggang Akademi Badminton.
Lantai di venue baru itu didakwa licin dan mudah mencederakan pemain. Akibatnya, Chong Wei menjadi mangsa apabila ditimpa kecederaan meniskus di lutut kirinya sehingga menafikan peluangnya untuk beraksi dalam Kejohanan Seluruh England bulan depan
"Saya belum mahu mengulas mengenainya lagi.
"Saya masih menanti waktu yang sesuai untuk mengulasnya.
"Buat masa ini, biarlah dulu," ujarnya.
