Steelers-Chiefs playoff game pushed back due to forecasted storm

The kick-off time for the AFC divisional playoff match between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Pittsburgh Steelers has been pushed back because of weather concerns.

The fixture at Arrowhead Stadium was originally due to begin at 13:05 local time but has been moved to 20:20 due to a forecasted storm in the Kansas City area, the NFL announced on Friday

A statement from the league said: "Moving the game from the original start time will provide local authorities more time to clear roads in the area as the weather is expected to improve throughout Sunday.

"The decision to make this time change was made in consultation with state and local officials as well as the Chiefs and the Steelers."
